Job Summary

At Daniel Stark Law, we're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our personal injury law firm, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys and clients in navigating the complexities of personal injury cases.

The Breakdown

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Foster strong relationships with attorneys and colleagues
  • Manage a high-volume docket of cases with an 'A' rating from clients, attorneys, and leadership
  • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and other materials under the supervision of a lawyer

Skills and Qualifications

  • Personal injury litigation experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer programs and software
  • Tenacity and desire for continuous improvement
