Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team at Oakwood Residential Facility. Located in Somerset, Kentucky, our facility provides residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure each resident's needs are met.

About the Role:

  • Provide medical care and support to residents with IDD
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and record resident progress, making adjustments as needed
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Licence: LPN KY Licensure or compact
  • Certification: AHA BLS
  • Experience: New graduates accepted
