As an Intellectual Disability Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.

  • Provide personalized support to clients in their homes and community settings.
  • Collaborate with clients, family members, and support teams to develop tailored service plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and create targeted interventions.
  • Build strong relationships with community organizations and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, families, and Everas staff to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to service plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Everas policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and service delivery.

About the Salary: This position offers a competitive salary of $72,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical insurance, retirement plan, referral incentive program, flexible schedule, and more.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Prior experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
  • Valid NJ Driver's License required
  • CPR and CMT certification necessary
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
