Job Title: Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Actalent. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting land development projects across various sectors, including residential and commercial land development, oil and gas, solar, and municipal.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement site plan designs, utility designs, and grading plans for land development projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide expert advice on project feasibility and design.
  • Conduct field visits to ensure project compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Support construction planning and coordination with project stakeholders.
  • Perform drainage calculations using various software for hydraulic and hydrology analysis.
Requirements:
  • Civil 3D and AutoCAD proficiency.
  • Professional Engineer License (PE).
  • Strong understanding of grading and utility design principles.
  • Ability to complete drainage calculations using various software.
Work Environment:

Our team is based in Fort Collins, Colorado, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes 3 days in the office and 1 day of flexible work from home. We offer a growth path to PM and Sr. PM roles, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement.
