We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team at 3i Construction Management LLC. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in defining project objectives, scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables
  • Plan and forecast budgets and timelines to ensure project completion on schedule
  • Manage contractors and vendors for specific project scopes
  • Assign responsibilities and provide training and mentorship to junior project engineers
  • Perform quality control inspections and attend project meetings
  • Assist in project close-out and review plans and technical documents
  • Assist with bid analysis, constructability reviews, and permit processing
  • Manage project permit process and prepare bid packages and procurement
  • Identify long lead items and establish procurement priorities
  • Update construction schedule based on project team input and trade contractor progress
  • Manage change management systems, including quotations and change orders
  • Track and inspect material deliveries and assist with financial performance reports
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of relevant construction experience
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • OSHA 30 certification and Procore knowledge
