Dynamic Sales and Marketing Professional

Dry First, a family-owned industry leader in Water, Fire, and Mold Mitigation, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join its team. This quota-carrying role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Establish strong ties with clients, contractors, realtors, and other potential business partners through regular visits and effective communication.
- QUOTA ACHIEVEMENT: Meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging your exceptional sales skills and creativity to drive business growth.
- EVENT EXECUTION: Organize and host networking events, such as office lunches, breakfasts, and presentations, to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- BRAND PROMOTION: Develop and execute strategies to reinforce our market presence through the distribution of promotional items and social events.
- EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of sales and marketing experience, preferably in a quota-carrying position.
- EDUCATION: An associate degree is preferred but not required.
- SOCIAL SKILLS: Possess high-energy, friendly, creative, and excellent communication skills, with a knack for thinking outside the box and taking initiative.
- PROFESSIONALISM: Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company attire guidelines at all times.
- TRAVEL: Be willing to travel occasionally (approximately once a year) for industry-related training, conferences, or team-building activities.
