Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our assembly operations team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies in accordance with our standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide training and mentoring to team members, including documented on-the-job training.
- Lead continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance to our 5 Standards program.
- Work with manufacturing engineering on processes and changes.
- Daily communication with team members and supervisor through shift meetings, email, log book, and other written and verbal methods.
- Report any problems, defective materials, questionable conditions, or unsafe conditions to supervisor or leader.
- Comply with and support company policies and programs regarding safety, security, ISO, EEO, OSHA, and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Listen to and understand customer requirements and take prompt, appropriate action that exceeds expectation.
- Take personal ownership of internal and external customer issues.
- Perform maintenance tasks to maintain equipment in good condition.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 3-5 Years relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to teach and lead others.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).
- Ability to handle multi-task assignments and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Ability to perform product inspections and simple troubleshooting.
- Ability to operate complex equipment and be capable of set-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in several areas of equipment/product knowledge.
- Ability to train other operators.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Requires strong soldering skills, including under a microscope, and the ability to perform multiple mechanical assembly operations and train others in these areas.

Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $35,431 - $56,004. Additional compensation may apply based on position assignment, including an annual or quarterly company bonus and shift premium based on assigned shift and location.

This includes identifying ITAR product on the manufacturing floor, understanding that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents, and recognizing Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation.
