Salary:

The base salary for this position ranges from $125,500 to $194,000 annually, dependent on years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider. Additionally, you will be eligible for shift differentials ranging from 10-50% above base pay when working night, weekend, holiday, or extra shifts.

Job Description:

As a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will manage critically ill and premature infants in the NICU with complex health issues, including resuscitation, assessment, diagnosis, medication management, ventilation management, treatment, and timely documentation. You will also attend high-risk deliveries and participate in daily rounding with the interdisciplinary medical team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Active, unobstructed Utah APRN or PA and Controlled Substance license
  • Federal DEA Certificate II – V
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process

Physical Requirements:

This role is located at various Intermountain Health facilities in Murray, Utah. A full-time schedule includes 3 12-hour shifts per week, with additional time for training, meetings, documentation, etc. You will work a mix of day and night shifts, with eligibility for shift differentials above base pay for non-traditional hours.
