About the Role

This position involves collaborating with clients to optimize healthcare workflows and ensure the effective adoption of advanced solutions. You will partner effectively with clients to perform workflow discovery, ensure adoption, and deliver advanced optimization for assigned product lines. Your exceptional client relationship skills, ability to find creative solutions, and manage difficult situations with diplomacy will be crucial in driving client satisfaction metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND eleven (11) years of experience as a RHIA, RHIT, CDI Specialist, Coder, in a private, public, government or military environment. In addition, current valid Driver's License is also required.

Additional Information

The successful candidate will exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration both within the Solution Advisor teams and across departments/divisions, interpersonal skills, professionalism, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethic. The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
