Job Summary

Trail Drive Management Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Pastry Supervisor to join our team at Dickies Arena. As a Pastry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and other baked goods for our concession stands, suites, and catering services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of pastry chefs and bakers to ensure consistent quality and production standards.
  • Develop and implement new dessert recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and preferences.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with the Pastry Chef and other culinary team members to plan and execute special events and catering services.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a pastry or baking role, preferably in a high-volume food service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
