We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in building high-quality assemblies and products, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Workstations: Review assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and part lists to gather necessary materials and tools.
  • Assemble Components: Set up workstations and assemble components according to specifications, using hand and power tools.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Perform in-process inspections and testing to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Resolve Assembly Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve assembly problems, making necessary adjustments to maintain production standards.
  • Report Production Time: Accurately and timely report production time and progress.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of assembly experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong eye-hand coordination, ability to follow written and verbal communication, and work in a fast-paced environment.
