Executive Office Manager Opportunity
KIHOMAC is seeking a highly skilled Executive Office Manager to join our team. As an Executive Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting management personnel and providing administrative support to senior military officers, civil service directors, and division chiefs. You will be responsible for developing, preparing, and coordinating reports, information papers, and organizational briefings for the government. You will also assist in coordinating meetings and schedules, planning organizational activities, and analyzing business and technical processes to develop and implement new and modified processes and policies.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of experience supporting management personnel, preferably within the DoD. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project, as well as Adobe and/or other common business applications. Your excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills will enable you to work effectively with senior military officers, civil service directors, and division chiefs. You will also possess strong initiative and an ability to organize daily tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. As a trusted and reliable individual, you will provide exceptional customer service and prioritize workloads effectively.

Responsibilities
- Develop, prepare, and coordinate reports, information papers, and organizational briefings for the government.
- Assist in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing, and monitoring action items, and tracking suspenses and responses.
- Prepare agendas, schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and conference room schedules.
- Assist with development and implementation of program schedules and project plans.
- Use government travel systems to ensure travel is efficiently scheduled.
- Plan and execute organizational activities for both internal and external agencies.
- Determine customer requirements and translate these requirements into organizational plans.
- Analyze business and technical processes to develop and implement new and modified processes and policies.
- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health care, retirement plan, life insurance, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, training and development, and wellness resources.
