Digital Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled Digital Sales Professional to join our fast-growing Sales Team at Recite Me. In this role, you will play a key part in achieving our ambitious plans and driving business growth.
As a seasoned sales professional with a passion for accessibility, you will be responsible for researching and identifying new prospects, engaging with them, and closing deals. Your expertise in B2B sales, particularly in SaaS, will be invaluable in helping us expand our customer base.
About the RoleOur Sales Team is the engine of our business, driving growth and success through the effective sale of our software solutions. As a Sales Executive - Accessibility Specialist, you will work closely with our Lead Generators to research, identify, and engage new prospects. You will use your exceptional sales skills to nurture interest, book and deliver software demonstrations, and manage qualified opportunities to a successful sale.
Key Responsibilities- Hunting and developing new leads, identifying prospects, building relationships, and understanding their drivers for doing business with us
- Presentation and requirement-gathering - capable of demonstrating product fit, removing objections, sharing knowledge, and influencing a positive outcome
- Building and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities, forecasting outcomes accurately, and pivoting activity accordingly
- Negotiation - comfortable talking price and relating perceived 'cost' to our value proposition and closing with minimum 'friction'
We are looking for great characters with the right attitude and aptitude. Here are a few things we look for:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS
- Consistent record of hitting targets and generating new sales revenue
- Strong team player who will work closely with colleagues
- Confidence in a target-driven environment, tenacious with the motivation to exceed expectations
This role offers a hybrid working set-up, with remote work two days a week and three days in our Reston, VA office. We also offer an excellent benefits package, including paid vacation, health insurance, and more.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, reflective of experience (base + OTE), with uncapped commission.
