- Maintain an extensive knowledge of products and effectively demonstrate application techniques during refresher courses and seasonal workshops.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with customers and retail partners.
- Assist in achieving team objectives by managing bookings and filling available appointments.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cosmetics artistry is essential.
- Exceptional sales abilities with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations during peak store hours.
- Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per month.
