    • Collaborate with pathologists, residents, and laboratory staff to ensure accurate and efficient tissue sample preparation.
    • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
    • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate test results.
  • Schedule and Flexibility
    • Be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the laboratory.
    • Be willing to float to different units and floors as needed.
  • Requirements
    • Associate degree in laboratory or medical laboratory technology.
    • One year of previous laboratory experience.
    • Prior travel experience is highly preferred.
  • Additional Requirements
    • Must have a permanent address outside a 50-mile radius of Madison.
    • Parking permit required through UW Transportation Services.
