POSITION OVERVIEW
The Coffee Specialist is dedicated to the culinary arts and thrives in a customer-focused environment.
This role is integral to our dynamic team of food and beverage aficionados, committed to delivering exceptional service through expertly crafted beverages and pastries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The following responsibilities are essential to the role and may include additional tasks as directed by management:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly.
- Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages, adhering to established recipes and procedures.
- Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Process transactions and present checks to customers.
- Perform opening and closing tasks efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
- Prepare and serve food items as needed.
- Grind, weigh, and package coffee beans for customers.
- Provide prompt and friendly service to all patrons.
QUALIFICATIONS
