As a Behavior Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based treatment and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualized treatment plans for our young clients
- Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans, facilitating skill transfer to all caregivers
- Maintain accurate data collection and treatment records

- PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist
- BCaBA/BCBA Certification, or equivalent experience and training
