We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Consultant to join our team at Achieving True Self. As a Behavior Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering evidence-based treatment to individuals and families, empowering them to achieve their self-defined goals.

About the Role
  • Conduct initial and reassessment evidence-based assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and preferences.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, facilitating skill transfer to all caregivers.
  • Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support and services to clients and their families.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • A PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, or behavior specialist.
  • BCaBA/BCBA Certification or minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and 12 credits in ABA.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children and families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
