Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Business Development: Partner with CMO, Analytics, Finance, and other related teams to develop measurement and evaluation tools to monitor system service line performance, determine new opportunities, and recommend strategic priorities.
  • Service Line Implementation: Support CMO, VP Strategy and Business Development, COOs, CAO, and Market Presidents with the implementation of key growth service lines, maintain service line implementation plans, and lead key service line related projects from concept to execution.
  • Regulatory, Industry, and Organizational Monitoring: Maintain expert-level knowledge of changing trends within the healthcare industry, specifically related to service lines, and continuously monitor best practices and strategic moves made by disruptors or other reputable healthcare organizations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related discipline required; Master's in healthcare administration, Master's in business administration, or other healthcare-related degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare; 10 years in healthcare; 2+ years' previous experience in leading service line strategies.
