Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable Lifecycle Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and execution of onboarding, engagement, activation, and conversion initiatives aimed at our global trial audience. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement multi-channel strategies that encompass email, in-product notifications, mobile applications, and our marketing website. This position is integral to the Lifecycle Acquisition team, focusing on enhancing trial strategies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be a data-oriented marketer passionate about optimizing customer experiences and increasing user engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Lifecycle Marketing trial lead to create and execute global campaigns across email, in-product, and mobile platforms aimed at driving trial onboarding, engagement, product activation, and conversion.
  • Work alongside regional marketing teams to identify and address gaps in our global marketing strategy for trialists, enhancing product activation and conversion in key markets.
  • Contribute to the overall lifecycle trial monetization strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives while driving additional revenue.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and other experimental methods.
  • Effectively communicate lifecycle marketing strategies, plans, and outcomes across various teams.
  • Influence product development roadmaps to enhance the trial user experience and achieve desired business results.
  • Leverage analytics dashboards to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing comprehensive insights to stakeholders.
  • Engage with internal teams across eCommerce, Product-Led Growth, Marketing Operations & Analytics, Creative, and Regional Marketing to refine and execute campaigns.
Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or a related field within a fast-paced, growth-oriented company, preferably in a product-led SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, employing best practices to build scalable initiatives that yield measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
