About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Planner, Mid to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As an Intelligence Planner, Mid, you will play a critical role in supporting the integration of Defense and National Intelligence support capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System.
  • Provide input throughout all planning functions from translating strategic guidance, through concept and plan development, to plan assessments and associated functions.
  • Support the development, coordination, and oversight of all aspects of the Centers' support to CCMD planning activities.
  • Provide time-critical recommendations to senior defense officials, often under pressure.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Joint Intelligence Exercise Planning concepts.
  • Knowledge of the MENA Area of Responsibility.
  • Ability to support and advise senior defense officials.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with supporting intelligence planning, including at the CCMD-level, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with supporting intelligence planning, including at the CCMD-level.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with developing intelligence annexes, appendices, and other strategic documents, such as the Joint Strategic Intelligence Estimate (JSIE) or Joint Strategic Campaign Plan (JSCP).
  • Experience in the intelligence community.
  • Ability to brief senior defense and government officials.
  • Possession of strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Completion of DoD Intelligence Planning Courses.

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen Hamilton is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137, annualized USD.
