Job Summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Material Handler - Kitting Specialist to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This is a temp-to-hire position with a competitive hourly rate of $18.00.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work independently and in coordination with the Production Team, Supervisor, or Manager to ensure efficient operations.
  • Verify product quality and accuracy before moving materials.
  • Understand and follow all written documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), forms, and quality control guidelines.
  • Clean and replenish vertical lift modules (VLMs) to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Coordinate with shippers and receivers to ensure timely receipt and distribution of materials.
  • Perform weekly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Issue materials to work orders as needed and print pick lists/pick work orders.
  • Wrap and move finished goods or work-in-progress (WIP) to their designated locations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of warehouse experience.
  • Current forklift certification with a minimum of one year of experience operating a forklift.
  • Previous kitting experience.
  • Experience with computers and relevant warehouse management software.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift heavy materials up to 40 pounds.
