We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our application development projects at a program level. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects align with broader business objectives and deliver value across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management and experience in overseeing large-scale, cross-functional projects. They will be responsible for overseeing multiple application development projects, ensuring they align with the overall program goals and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Program-Level Management: Oversee multiple application development projects, ensuring they align with the overall program goals and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including Product Management, QA, Operations, and Senior Leadership, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic direction and oversight for application development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks across the program, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources across projects, balancing priorities and managing dependencies.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels across all project stakeholders, facilitating regular status updates and reviews.
  • Documentation: Ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications include:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on application development projects.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects at a program level, strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience with project management tools and methodologies, ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
