Job Title: Diesel Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Equipment Specialist to join our team at White Star Machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality repair services on Bobcat construction equipment in order to meet customer needs in a responsive, friendly, educated, and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality repair services on construction equipment.
  • Perform basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer-owned and dealer-owned construction equipment.
  • Identify problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems and execute effective solutions.
  • Participate in Service Training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Document all repairs and testing for customer and warranty repairs.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-year technical school graduate preferred.
  • 1-year fleet or dealership experience in a diesel shop required; 3-5 years preferred.
  • Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and service team.
  • Must have an inventory of hand tools to facilitate assigned repairs.
