Konecranes Nuclear Equip and Services LLC seeks an experienced Elevator Equipment Specialist to join their team. As a vital member of the organization, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at customer locations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum one year experience involving electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair. Some electronic experience is beneficial but not necessary. Prior experience with cranes is a plus, although not required. You will be required to frequently lift up to 25 lbs, lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis, and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs and 100 lbs.

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires frequent climbing, balancing, stooping/crouching, and overhead reaching. The role involves occasional pushing, pulling, kneeling, and crawling. Approximately 90% of the time will be spent working indoors, while 10% will involve outdoor work. You will be exposed to heat, cold, noise, and heights.

We offer a competitive salary range of $22-$48 per hour, determined by skills, geographic location, internal equity, market/data analysis, number of years of prior relevant experience, degrees and/or certifications, technical assessment score, etc. Benefits include medical plan, dental, vision, 401k plan with match from day one, profit sharing, identity theft protection, accident insurance, travel insurance, and more.

Our comprehensive benefits package also includes 2 weeks of vacation per year (pro-rated for the first year), 5-12 years of service (3 weeks), 13+ years of service (4 weeks). You will receive 5 days of sick leave per year, pro-rated in the first year after 90 days of service, and 10 paid holidays per year.

In this role, you will consult with customers on repair and safety issues, offering recommendations for material handling improvement. You will stay updated on industry codes and regulations (OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI) and complete service reports and other required documents accurately and promptly.
