About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Mitigation Consultant to join our Western Region Risk Mitigation Service Team. As a key member of our team, you will assist the Risk Mitigation Services Leader in developing and implementing loss control services and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consultation on risk management inquiries and questions via phone
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk management projects as assigned
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats
  • Design and produce educational materials, such as modules, white papers, and webinars, to promote best practices
  • Review and revise existing risk management tools and products as needed
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate report writing
  • Prepare custom setup letters, document lists, and report writing templates for on-site and desk-based services
  • Assist in reviewing provider responses to risk assessment recommendations
  • Conduct on-location risk assessments and desk-based services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong attention to detail and initiative to take on new responsibilities
  • Ability to ensure a culture of accountability, integrity, and respect
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least five years' experience in risk management
  • Experience with risk management tools and techniques

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,215.00-$119,600, negotiable upon offer.
