We are seeking a highly skilled Retail/Wholesale Administrator to join our team at Boone's Butcher Shop. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail and wholesale operations. This includes managing customer service, creating invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create accurate and detailed invoices for retail and wholesale customers, including quality control efforts and curing weights.
- Manage customer orders, ensuring timely pickup and resolution of any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail or wholesale administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
