Position Overview

Role Summary: As a Baker, your primary responsibility will be to create baked products following established recipes and production guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a diverse range of baked items such as breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies in accordance with production needs.
  • Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation by adhering to approved recipes and quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment.
  • Engage with customers in a courteous manner and effectively address any concerns.
  • Follow safety and sanitation protocols consistently.
