About the Role

Madden's On Gull is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our culinary team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
  • Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards, sweeping and mopping kitchen floors as needed.
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces, removing trash and placing it in designated containers.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, helping to load and unload supplies and products.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is essential, as well as the ability to work alongside other people and independently.
Requirements
  • Good multi-tasking skills and great time management skills.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds.
