Pet Food Dryer Technician

Barrett Petfood Innovations is a family-owned and operated premium pet food manufacturer. We are currently hiring for a Dryer Operator to join our team. Job Duties:
  • Operate the dryers used in pet food production
  • Blow down the dryer
  • Change the screener on the dryer
  • Test product during production to ensure it meets specifications
  • Use computer and software programs to troubleshoot, control settings on equipment, and for documentation
  • Clean under and around conveyors, dryers, and other plant machinery and workspaces
  • Clean, set up, and calibrate equipment
Job Requirements:
  • Follow GMPs and safety protocols
  • Great trouble-shooting skills
  • Computer literate
  • Team effort and communication
  • Willing and able to stand for long periods of time
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to clean is a must
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Must be reliable
Hours:

3rd Shift: 3:00 pm - 6:30 am

Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22 per hour
