Procurement Manager - Indirect Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join Clark Davis Associates in a newly created role as Procurement Manager and contribute to shaping the organization's future approach to procurement strategy. This position collaborates with all departments in HQ to create and deliver the procurement strategy which supports vendor relationships and delivers value to the P&L.

Main Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement procurement processes, guidelines, and policies that align with business objectives.

· Drive the annual procurement planning process to ensure alignment with company goals.

· Analyze category trends both internally and externally to prioritize focus areas and optimize procurement spend.

· Regularly review and assess the procurement strategy to ensure it meets business needs and identifies areas for improvement.

· Implement best-in-class vendor management processes, create scorecards, and track KPIs to measure vendor performance.

· Manage end-to-end RFQ processes and work with cross-functional teams to select vendors that meet business requirements and align with company values.

· Negotiate pricing and contract terms to ensure optimal value for the company.

· Identify and mitigate risks across the supply base to ensure business continuity.

· Recommend and implement systems needed to support the procurement strategy and improve procurement efficiency.

· Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of seniority.

· Build and shape a best-in-class procurement team to drive future success.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Finance or Business.

· 7-10 years of progressive procurement experience in roles across multiple indirect categories, with a strong background in CPG industry experience.

· Ability to build relationships across all levels of seniority within multiple departments both internally and externally.

· Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, is preferred.
