DLP Services is seeking a dedicated Custodial Specialist to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for our clients.

As a Custodial Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks designed to create a welcoming and hygienic atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, wet mopping, sweeping, and dusting.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of restrooms, including floors, fixtures, and partitions.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste responsibly.
  • Clean and disinfect drinking fountains to ensure hygiene standards.
  • Wash windows and sills to maintain clear visibility.
  • Stock restroom supplies and replenish dispensers as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
Working Conditions:

This position involves working in both indoor and outdoor environments. You will be required to stand and walk for extended periods while performing cleaning duties. The work may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, and other elements.
