Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet and welcome every customer warmly, understand their needs, and provide in-depth product knowledge to build sales.
  • Merchandising: Maintain store appearance, stock shelves, and recover the sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately, capture customer information, and maintain awareness of promotions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS systems, with the ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and lift medium to large items up to 50 lbs.
