Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our Destination Management Operational team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our Logistics Analysts, performing various tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Enter and maintain accurate data in our shipment platform
- Audit reports for accuracy and upload/enter into shipment platform
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments and deliveries
- Work with Carriers to provide shipment status updates to relevant stakeholders
- Address and resolve any shipment data gaps
- Appointment scheduling
- Rail tracking and tracing
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar logistics or clerical role is preferred
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
