  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the dispensary team to achieve sales goals, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or healthcare setting.
  • Cannabis experience a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
