Cannabis Product Associate

Ethos Cannabis is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cannabis Product Associate to join our team in Pennsylvania. As a key member of our dispensary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting patients in selecting appropriate products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in selecting cannabis products that meet their needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Operate a cash register, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain a clean and organized POS area
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a well-stocked and clean dispensary environment
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, patient satisfaction, and compliance objectives
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or cannabis industry setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage high stress situations, and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work in a dynamic retail environment
