Job Summary

Arbor Lodging Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and addressing any guest complaints or concerns.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of hotel staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in hotel operations, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Hospitality industry certifications, such as Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA), are highly desirable.
