Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Sales and Operations: Direct and lead superior retail strategies and execute store operation functions to deliver financial growth and sustained brand equity.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to every Levis Store customer using The 3Cs of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
  • Inventory Management: Rapid and accurate sales floor refill and replenishment through RFID-enabled inventory processes.
  • Store Appearance: Assist in maintaining store appearance in accordance with Levis Stores visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist stock associates with replenishment and security tagging of merchandise on the selling floor as needed.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
