Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Players Club. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Members and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Table Preparation: Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
  • Customer Service: Attend to customers upon entrance, present restaurant menus, and help customers select food/beverages.
  • Order Taking and Serving: Take and serve orders, answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Problem Resolution: Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
  • Payment and Billing: Issue bills and accept payment.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience.
  • POS Experience: Hands-on experience in cashier duties.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to cleanliness and safety.
  • Customer Orientation: Patience and customer-oriented approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
  • Responsibility: Responsible and trustworthy.
