Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Outpatient Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide psychological services to clients in an outpatient setting, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Provide psychotherapy and psychological testing services to clients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in regular case consultation and continuing education events
  • Comply with clinic documentation standards and relevant statutes and codes of ethics
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited academic program
  • Full, independent, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC)
  • At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred)
  • Formal training in child, couples, or family therapy (preferred)
