MI/CD Psychotherapist Trainee

Fairview Health Services is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate MI/CD Psychotherapist Trainee to join our Adolescent Outpatient Program in Maplewood, MN. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide diagnostic assessments, individual, group, and family therapies to adolescents and their families. • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individual, group, and family therapies.
• Collaborate with government agencies and other community providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to advance evidence-based practice.

• Masters degree in psychology, social work, nursing, or a related field.
• 1 year of supervised experience in mental health and chemical dependency.
• Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or eligible for independent clinical licensure.

• 2 or more years of experience in mental health and chemical dependency.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT).
