Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Host/Busser to join our team at 7 Hills Brewing Co, LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests in a warm and inviting manner, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
  • Assess guests' dining needs and provide personalized service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Manage the seating chart to optimize restaurant flow and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Monitor restaurant activity to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, as needed, to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Assist colleagues with side work, including cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware, to ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain positive working relationships and ensure a cohesive team effort.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior restaurant or hotel experience preferred
