Job Title: Restaurant Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Restaurant Server to join our team at 7 Hills Brewing Co, LLC. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet and seat guests, present menus, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Take and serve food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items, while maintaining a high level of knowledge about our offerings.
  • Arrange table settings, maintain a clean and tidy environment, and ensure all necessary items are available.
  • Deliver checks and collect payments, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
  • Collaborate with serving and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service, adhering to all relevant health department rules and customer service guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Restaurant Server, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Good time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with food safety training a plus.
