Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized General Manager to lead our moving and storage center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the fleet of equipment to ensure it is clean and well-maintained.
• Perform profit/loss analyses to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Hire and mentor new team members to ensure a high-performing team.
• Manage the personnel budget and track inventory to ensure accurate reporting.
• Ensure customers receive the highest level of care and service.
• Maintain a secure and clean environment for customers and employees.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of management experience in retail or a service industry with financial results and customer satisfaction accountability.
• Computer expertise and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
