• Prepare and maintain workstations for baking activities.
• Execute baking and cooking tasks while ensuring food is arranged attractively.

• Uphold a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Skillfully operate kitchen equipment, including mixers and ovens.
• Assess the quality of ingredients prior to use.
• Utilize various baking techniques to create pastries and desserts.
• Present food in an appealing manner.
• Manage inventory and ingredient orders efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet daily production goals.

• Proficient in measuring, mixing, and preparing baking ingredients.
• Familiarity with recipes and adherence to baking standards.
• Knowledgeable in a variety of pastry items, including cakes and chocolates.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pastry roles.
• Ability to lift weights exceeding 50 lbs.
• Understanding of bakery terminology and baker's math.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in high-volume culinary settings is advantageous.
