We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Payroll Tax department as a Payroll Tax Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll taxes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll tax filings for multiple clients.
  • Verify the accuracy of payroll tax data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries related to payroll taxes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payroll tax processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and internal support teams.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of payroll tax experience.
  • Working knowledge of payroll tax code and payroll tax regulations.
  • Ability to perform tax planning and tax due diligence.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong computer aptitude, including Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.
  • Must be a team player and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Base Compensation: $20/Hr
