Contract Compliance Specialist

The Levy Company is seeking a highly skilled Contract Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Project Administration department, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and monitoring contract compliance to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and prepare contract changes based on industry standards and prior contract reviews.
• Act as the point of contact for company employees, customers, insurance representatives, and subcontractors regarding contractual requirements and insurance compliance matters.
• Ensure signed contracts are communicated, documented, and dispersed to all relevant parties.
• Maintain existing permits, licenses, applications, and records to ensure compliance with project and business licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with department personnel to fulfill all administrative contract requirements.
Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in a role with responsibility for contract compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual (Spanish-English).
• Experience with Certified payroll reporting.
• Experience using LCP Tracker.
• Experience working with TxDOT contract processes and procedures.
Working Environment:
The work environment is primarily indoors, with occasional travel to project sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
