As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate monthly closing activities and consolidate financial information for FEPC and subsidiaries.
- Create results analysis and enter financial data into our corporate system.
- Maintain accounting master data in our ERP system (SAP).
- Prepare required reports for FUJIFILM Holdings America Finance and Tax.
- Consolidate information and prepare government reports.
- Support external, internal, and J-Sox audits and develop remedial actions for deficiencies.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries based on resulting analysis.
- Support FEPC Business Management regarding activity at European and Asian subsidiaries.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop relationships within a team environment and across departments.
- Advanced Accounting Principles, Excel, and SAP.
