Key Responsibilities
  • Assess resident interests and preferences to develop a personalized activity calendar that promotes intellectual, physical, spiritual, and social growth.
  • Coordinate and execute resident activities, including entertainment, outings, and events, within budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with the Community Relations Director and other management staff to plan and execute quarterly marketing events that showcase our community's amenities and services.
  • Provide transportation for resident activities and outings, ensuring safe and enjoyable experiences for all participants.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and comply with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture, promoting teamwork, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Social Service, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum three years' experience in assisted living or memory care, with prior management/supervisory experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
