HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our team at Pritchard Global. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining all building equipment and systems, performing preventative and unscheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
Key Responsibilities- Operate building equipment and systems as directed by the Chief Engineer.
- Use best practices to troubleshoot and repair equipment and system issues in a cost-effective manner.
- Acknowledge and respond to all service requests in a timely manner.
- Conduct continuous building inspections and utilize the building's work order system to complete and record all preventative maintenance assignments and scheduled tasks.
- Comply with safety and environmental procedures and programs.
- Approximately 3-4 years' experience in property maintenance and mechanical repair in office buildings.
- Two-year trade school certificate emphasizing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building control systems.
- Relevant state/local license for stationary engineer and/or HVAC, plus universal level refrigerant recovery license.
- Strong "hands on" troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Salary Range: $50.00/hr
